“Great place”

“The room was excellent. Very cozy. Felt more like I was staying in a relatives home. In a good way.”

“One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Upon walking in you see the lobby and kitchen with trendy vibe. Front desk and restaurant staffs were all friendly and professional and efficient. The room is very clean and modern, also equipped with special lighting called Luminotherapy which I found very interesting. Public indoor jacuzzi was nice. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the room clean and , if I had to nitpick would be saying hi to customer when in the hall way. I would definitely stay……

“close to old district , but far from downtown next time, I will book this hotel only for site view of old area but I will book another hotel for downtown steping”

“窗簾設計奇怪，不能完全遮蔽光線 浴缸滲水 沒有電水煲，但瓶裝水需收費 就近小商店及油站，方便”

“酒店比較舊，浴缸及洗手盤的去水有問題，後來發現是有大量頭髮在去水位導致淤塞。停車場出口需要入代幣，但在check-in 時職員查問有沒有車時也沒有告知。”

The staff are very helpful—although there’s no elevator, if you contact the hotel in advance, they’ll gladly assist with your luggage. It’s a stylish hotel with a strong design aesthetic. “A very nostalgic lovely place to stay. The staff were beyond helpful and the little touches within the room were very much appreciated (Nespresso maker and separate frother, extra duvets, extra throw blankets) The parking did not exist. I had to drop off our luggage and my daughter to leave before receiving a ticket to a parkade which was a 7 minute walk back. But, the staff was there immediately to assist with our luggage. The only problem I encounter was the constant base of music that……
