「Absolutely loved my stay here. Gorgeous apartment style room away from the crowds of Florence.」

「Beautiful view of the river and plenty of space for our group of two! The location is accessible to all the incredible sights of Florence while still being away from the busiest tourist areas. We would stay here again!」

「The location was fantastic, just over the river and close to a lively square lined with places to eat. The rooms were beautiful, very stylish, spacious and comfortable. The whole team were very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay there again if we ever returned to Florence.」

「An excellent experience for my honeymoon vacation! Cozy, warm and felt full of passion from every staffs here. Great breakfast atmosphere and helped us to reach our requirements precisely and fast. We are highly recommend this hotel for staying in Firenze.」

「What a fantastic property! Could not have scripted a better spot for our visit to Florence. Location, room, staff all excellent! The "old world Italy" charm of this hotel was the highlight. We had the "Virginia" room - the most economical room and it was so well appointed. Would stay here again and again!」

「We had a lovely stay at Palazzo Martellini. The room was truly special, with beautiful Renaissance-inspired decor that made it feel like staying in a historic Florentine palace. There was a water leak, potentially coming from the bathroom, which affected the living room floor and was reported to the staff twice. Breakfast was decent but offered limited variety and quantity. The staff were very helpful, especially after our stay, going out of their way to arrange postage for a jacket I had...

「The property is in a great location next to the Arno River. The unit was spacious and clean. It was just a little difficult to find but once found it was great.」

「位置绝佳，服务到位，装修和用品很用心」

「Never believe in the hotel that you are being “upgraded” to a suite with river view, it’s an absolute lie. When we firstly got in the room, definitely it was very different from the picture we’ve seen online, small and dark. I understood it’s a property with history, just completely opposite from the pictures they presented online. Breakfast is served 8am-11am. Funny thing is, even if we arrived before 10am, basic item like scrambled egg was all gone and never refilled. What’s the point of...

「服务好 酒店档次高」

「The location is great, just near the old bridge, and quiet. There is a good restaurant just around the corner. No breakfast but we can cook in the kitchen and the room is big with 2 bedrooms and a living room, and upstairs space with 2 single beds...perfect.」

「旅店的地點在老橋附近，附近環境很好，很多店可以逛，也有很多餐廳。但離火車站有距離，拖行李很難走，很累。最近的公車站至少要走500公尺。」
