「Amazing boutique hotel and the service was fantastic. 」

「This was our second stay at this hotel. We both agreed that in the nine years since our first visit the hotel did not lose its touch. Everything looked solid and classy. I don't know if they had any renovations but nothing looked tired. The staff were amazing, all very helpful and friendly and always around. We did a lot of hiking every day so we took full advantage of the geothermal pool and the sauna and indoor pool in the spa. The park is very beautiful and we did have several walks there...

「The room felt neglected. It was clean but the bathroom is in great need of an update and appears moldy and worn down. The beds are very hard and the room is musty. Breakfast was fairly good. 」
