“The resort is facing to ocean and close to beach.the resort’s view is beautiful but the room wasn’t good as I feel 5 star resort could be ”

“I stayed here for four days and I loved it. The staff were friendly and they have tons of activities for the guest. I highly recommend and will be staying here again the next time I visit PR. The only issue was the parking garage. There is a bit of a walk to get to the garage. ”

“Great hotel in the heart of San Juan. The location is great, a few blocks away from the water and convenient to a ton of shops and restaurants. El Morro, the historic fort, is a 10 to 15 minute walk away. My room didn’t have windows that opened but I only stayed one night so that was fine. The bed was really comfortable, the room was clean, and best of al the AC was cold! I didn’t partake in breakfast so I can’t comment on that, but I really enjoyed their beautiful stone bathtubs located on……

“Just a very friendly atmosphere ”

“Everything was perfect, especially the bartender and the front desk agents.The only thing is that you have to put toilet paper in the garbage can instead of flushing it down the toilet other than that, it was perfect especially the staff very friendly and professional make you feel at home. I recommend anybody to stay in San Juan. ”

“The hotel room was beautiful, I did not want to leave. All of the staff was friendly and welcoming. We did not try the hotel restaurant because there were many restaurant choices within walking distance. The property is not a large hotel with one small pool and a jacuzzi, but worth the stay. I'd book again.”

“Property was clean and in good shape. Breakfast and bar were convenient. Food was good but restaurant closes early. Other than that I enjoy our stay. Will stay there again!”

“The staff I encountered day or night were excellent. They really made the experience very pleasant. It is a great location for many walkable restaurants and the beach is a 20 minute walk or just rent a bike. The parking for your car is great with in/out privileges. ”
