「I have stayed here before when I arrive late to Victoria before heading north on the Island. This time my flight was delayed in Toronto and I was worried that I would arrive past the time when someone was at the front desk. When I called them, they reassured me that even if I arrived after midnight that I would still have my reservation. They gave me the front door code and told me that there would be an envelope with my name and key at reception. I arrived after midnight and everything was...
