"We were in town for a hiking event at Fall Creek Falls State Park, about 30 minutes away. We found this house to be very comfortable with recent updates, lots of space, and everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood with some family restaurants close by. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions and very easy check in. We enjoyed our short stay in Pikeville! "

"The place was absolutely beautiful! Plenty of open spaces and the kitchen was wonderfully stocked! There were multiple games, a ping pong table, and an old school video game. They had so many extra amenities such as multiple refrigerators, a stocked mini fridge, a hot tub, and a complimentary bottle of wine! We couldn’t recommend it more. We loved staying there!"

"The house was clean, stocked with the essentials and has a beautiful piece of property. Even though it was in a residential area, it felt private and serene. LOVED the soft bed (guest room), the shower (amazing!) and the hot tub! I would definitely stay at this place again!"
