"Our first night sleep was interrupted by a broken fire protection pipe setting off the building alarm at 2AM. We stood outside for 1.5hrs. Luckily our room wasn’t one of the rooms that had water damage. We weren’t compensated for our inconvenience. The building is still under repair for some of the amenities. "Fabulous location for Old Naples, very walkable to 5th, 3rd and the beach. Spacious condo with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms, kitchen. Friendly staff on-site, free parking, free bikes and beach gear all available. Great pool on the waterfront and garden too with a great pool bar with snacks (12-6 daily). Decor is tired/dated but clean in the condo but the space and location make up for it. We will stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay at this unit, and enjoyed the area. This unit was very cozy, well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. Hogfish Harry's was located at this resort, and had a fantastic dinner! I highly recommend this restaurant. The host was very communicative and informative. Most of all for us, this unit was in a perfect location for us to visit a friend, she was only 8 minutes away from our unit and we were blessed to be so close to visit her every day."

"The 2bd beachfront condo was exactly as described. The layout was perfect and the views were amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed the screened in balconies The only thing that would have made it better is if 2 chairs and an umbrella were included in the price and not rentals from a separate company. But otherwise we were just extremely happy and will definitely stay here again. "
