「Great location and excellent property! We really enjoyed our stay.」

「The property is cozy and decorated in a homey way. It looks like a home that has been decorated over years and travels. I love the live plants in the living room and the vibrant colors. It has a Tempurpedic type of bed which I do not find particularly comfortable. But, I usually get used to it the second night. The first night is rough. It is on the back side of the quadruplex so it is quiet with no traffic or backyard neighbors. This is my second time to rent this unit. I like it very much.」

「What a great spot and space. The area was quiet and the unit was very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. It's biking distance or a short drive to all the trailheads. The proximity to downtown was wonderful. Again a short walk or drive to downtown where there is ample free parking in the evenings. This certainly makes it easy for an after dinner ice cream and stroll. Even the Crystal Bridges Museum is only a 40 minute walk.」

「No wi fi, couldn't get our cell phones to work until we left the neighborhood. The three steps in had no bannister ( problem for my husband who walks with a cane). No grab bar to get in and out of tub. Otherwise, had a nice clean room and a good bed. Probably great for a younger couple if they don't need wi fi.」

「Checking in is easy. Comfy space. It's small, but it's perfect for a short stay. You're in the county but close to Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, and Fayetteville. The country roads are lovely. Be sure to visit Pastafina (an Italian restaurant right around the corner) when you stay here!」
