“Absolutely wow. From the extreme warm welcome form the host to its absolutely unbeatable location. You are so close to the main Medina but won’t be interrupted by noise. Temperature levels very comfortable. The host and all staff were so kind and engaged in conversation with you even if it was dificult. Breakfast was expectional. Airport tranfer to closest road and the host came right to meet me took my bags and walked me right to the riad. This is an absolute steal for the price I paid. Thank……

“The raid was small but have well decoration of Moroccan style, especially like the lanterns. I was suprised that there was heater in shower room which was useful during in cold winter, never found it in other raids during my stay. Staff were friendly, had a nice talk with Said, thanks for his help to carry my luggage in early morning when departed!! ”

“On arrival the night before my reservation they said my room was unavailable and moved me to Riad El Wiam near Jemaa el-Fnaa. Staff did not explain price differences or refund options, and I was forced to pay transportation in cash at checkout with no receipt. The experience was stressful and poorly managed. I contacted the hotel and Expedia but have not received a satisfactory resolution.”

“The staff were super kind and accommodating. The location was great, just a 5 minute way from everything which was super convenient. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. The bathroom was clean and had everything we needed (hair dryer, towels, shampoo, body wash, etc). The terrace was very beautiful and overlooks the city. “The staff at the Riad was really wonderful. The caretaker of the home was so sweet. She really looks out for her guests. The room was nice, a little chilly, but there were plenty of extra blankets. And the driver that picked me up from the airport and drop me off was so sweet and accommodating. He really went out of his way to get me to the airport early enough. I would recommend this hotel! ”
