“Evan was an amazing tentative host! And location is just a short hop skip and jump to the beach, located right on the famous Placencia sidewalk and close to everything within walking distance. Short walk to the hokey pokey dock.”

“This is a very nice small boutique hotel near the beach. The only compliant I had was about communication with their staff. I had spoken twice with their staff to request help with scheduling a taxi to the airport and was told it was confirmed. However on the day of my departure there was none scheduled. The staff on duty didn't know anything about it. I had to wait for a taxi to be called and this could have caused me to miss my flight. ”

“Kalimera was above & beyond my/our expectations. The staff were very friendly & accommodating. Elvis @ the Sand bar was excellent in terms of customer service. The kitchen staff was also excellent & extremely warm & friendly. I wish we could've stayed longer here but definitely will return & will also refer family & friends. Thank you so much for giving us awesome memories”

“Do not stay at this hotel. The resort is nice, but they double-charged for my room. I paid Expedia for the room, but the resort charged me again. Both the resort and Expedia are refusing to issue a refund. If you want to risk theft, this is the place to stay.”

“The kitchen needs a new frying pan. The existing one is in bad shape, hard to cook in and clean. Listing says there are 2 bikes to share, but when we asked mgmt company they said no. The main floor needs chairs, even beach chairs or something to sit in- maybe a bistro set. The place was cute and comfortable. We did not have to use the AC. We rented a golf cart to get around which worked out great. The price was reasonable. More direction on how to access the beach would be helpful since there……

“This island is AMAZING! Everything from the gorgeous water, snorkeling, kayaking, well appointed cabanas, friendly staff, to the phenomenal food! My husband and I really enjoyed our relaxing vacation. We love that it wasn’t a party atmosphere but a laid back and enjoyable one. We had the island to ourselves most of the time with day trippers only staying for part of the day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique getaway suitable for lovebirds or families!”
