Plattsburgh Hotel with Pool

"Friendly staff, made everything perfect. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast, pool and hot tub was exceptional, towels stocked. Comfortable beds. I even asked for a bag forour wet pool items and they were happy to help. Lobby has coffee and tea available at all hours. "

"Overall, the stay was good. The rooms seemed small and the bathroom was very small. Recommendations: replace the toasters in the breakfast area with two four-slice quality toasters. They do not work well and took forever. There were five people waiting to use the toasters. iIt was awkward having the safe in the bottom of the closet. My husband had to lay on the floor to use the safe."

"The staff is friendly. The hotel is in need of updating, overall our room was clean, although there was some stains on the floor, unsure what a few spots were so we wore shoes at all times. Walls in bathroom could use a wipe down, not sure what was on them. Otherwise, it was clean. Pool is nice, it wasn't overly warm but wasn't freezing. Pool towels are paper thin. Breakfast was not great, couldn't get to it because there were so many people in line however, my husband did get some eggs and...
