「The resort itself was amazing, the views, the weather, the hotel room it was all great. the only thing we were disappointed with was the food. the food was HORRIBLE not only did it taste bad but i got the worst food poisoning of my life and threw up around 20 times. and no i didn’t drink the water. i only had food from the resort and nowhere else. 」

We have been coming to all inclusive hotels all across Mexico, and this is our standard. Great staff, every meal delicious and every cocktail was great. 「The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one).」

「We selected this hotel because it had a beautiful view in the picture. When we arrived it had a lovely view of the sea, better than we expected. We had saved our money for one night to have a romantic evening with a view of the sea and bird watching in the early morning. But the room had many spiders, the sliding glass door didn’t securely lock (it would be easy for someone to break in), and people above us partied until 2;00 am. We were awake all night. No romantic evening with a beautiful view...

「The description for the Studio PB says that the condo includes a laundry center, fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, and a balcony with 2 chairs and a table. It did not have any of this. We ended up having to take our laundry to a lavanderia in town. The balcony had only 1 seat on it and the "kitchen" was only a small kitchenette. False advertising, will not stay there again. 」
