「I would stay here again. Nice staff, great pools and water slide, daily room service, and quiet while we were here. It’s starting to show some signs of wear but nothing major. 」

「We were given the North Tower and we had a few bugs but nothing that really bothered us. Made sure to keep food in fridge and not out. No sun at pools until late and very hard to get a chair by the pool as there are none on the beach. Quite crowded. Food was good. Kids club was ok - we just sat around their pool with our little ones. had some sun there and lots of chairs so this was nice. Gorgeous view from the room and saw wales. Would not go back but I do love southern Vallarta.」

「All rooms face the Ocean, view is obscured by other buildings and the Palm Trees. Only complaint I have, the Bar across the Street on the Beach was blaring Hip Hop Music until 1:00 AM. Had to fall asleep with the room thumping from the Bass. 」

「Nos tocó que nos recibiera Gustavo García, fue muy atento en todo el tiempo que estuvimos en el hotel, nos decía que restaurantes estaban abiertos y cuales no, las actividades que podríamos realizar y respecto al Hotel la verdad nos encantó todo, como íbamos con una menor de edad tienen muchas actividades, toboganes, tirolesas, una zona de videojuegos. La bebidas la verdad estaban muy ricas. Por lo general pedimos puras mezcalitas o tequila. Las comidas una delicia todos los restaurantes.」

「This is a lovely hotel and the staff go above and beyond to make it so. Elisabeth, Oscar, and Raul were particularly outstanding in their attentiveness and kindness, but everyone we encountered was great. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was spacious and comfortable and luxurious. The balcony is more of an enclosed room with a small open window and a little foot pool, but it was fine because we were enjoying the rest of the resort all day.
