「I have never in my life was so spoiled during my stay. From learning Spanish, to assistance of figuring out the lay of the land, food was incredible!! The Staff was amazing, kind, friendly and always there to assist your needs. I will return for sure. Thank you for a great vacation!!」

「Tuve una estancia fantástica! La habitación estaba impecable, el personal muy amable y los restaurantes del hotel con muy buena comida y servicio. Cenamos en Ki’is y fue espectacular la comida!!! Si quieren descansar y disfrutar de la playa y de una buena comida tienen que venir a este hotel. 」

「We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...
