“Our stay was absolutely perfect! The room was spotless and comfortable even better than the description and pictures. We both had a blast going to the tulum ruins and having a light breakfast everyday by the ocean. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Hands down one of my favorite trips ever thanks to Villa pescadores. ”

“Fantastische locatie, heerlijke en unieke plek. De kamers/hutjes zijn erg leuk en bijzonder. Wel is de kwaliteit niet altijd perfect en verwacht geen luxe hotelkamer, het is meer een hele luxe camping in dat opzicht. Maar het past daarentegen wel bij de ongedwongen sfeer van het hotel en de omgeving. Toch zou het fijn zijn als je iets meer preventief onderhoud wordt gepleegd aan bijv het onderhoud van de douche, veel kalkaanslag en lage waterdruk. Maar ook het dompelbad van de kamer zaten……

“Rude morning waiter at breakfast. He said there was no menu and told us there was omelettes only and no price. When we were shocked to find out the total, he demanded a 15-20 percent tip. The rooms were nice but not as expected. We booked a partial ocean view and had no view at all of the ocean”

“Upon arrival, all of the stuff was super sweet. I was traveling solo and since I already had a bad experience with the prior to hotel services, it was refreshing to receive service like Astral. Staff ALWAYS checked up on me to see if I needed anything from food to cleaning to small chats. Everyone was super kind. The room was clean, and there was hot water, the views from the bubble were incredible at night except maybe they could be power washed just a little to clean the debris from the trees……

An added perk was the ability to use the cabanas at Mi Amor. Would definitely stay at Mezzanine again! Concierge was great and taxis were very easy. When we come again, we will be sure to make a stop at super aki on the way in to pack additional drinks and snacks because access to convenience stores is……

“Located in the jungle.....with zero amenities other than overpriced food and drinks.....this hotel appears to be a bank repo run by Wyndham. Much about the site is unfinished...including the road leading up to the resort. As well....many rooms have no doorknobs...beds...or tvs. None of the rooms except the kitchenettes had a refrigerator....the sewer line to the main overflowed daily onto the road .....we had a water break that lead to several of us moving from one side to the other. Then we had……

“Staff were wonderful through my week stay. Room was clean and tidy. Food was really good too. Restaurant service was also wonderful. It’s a very small and quaint place so I didn’t really see any people this week. The only suggestion I have is around pool area and water maintenance of the pools as it is the only water you can dip into on the property. The running water ran out for about an hour each day around 3pm like clock work. The pool you get on the terrace is also not clean water and the……
