The property is gorgeous, capturing Old San Juan architecture with modern upgrades. The property operates with self-check-in (a keypad entrance and individual lock-boxes on each door), so there is no staff on-site. There is luggage storage for travelers that require it for early check-in or later departures. There are multiple floors and no elevator, so just note this to be ready with your luggage. Can't wait to return!"
