「Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. 「Excellent customer service. We had water drip in the ceiling of our bathroom over the tub and they moved us to a different room and offered us free breakfast for the inconvenience. Everyone was very kind from check in to check out.」
