“What a unique stay! The free parking and breakfast was a bonus- but a really convenient one. The property is super walkable to all the things, but quiet and safe. The staff was really helpful and friendly. It was a nice historic property, it was a lucky find!”

“Very quaint little house with 5 bedrooms, all ensuite. Conveniently located within walking distance to seaport. Breakfast form and delivery in bags were efficient and heat. The bedrooms are all different. I like my Madame Cheng very much. ”

“I always enjoy staying here. It is a very comfortable environment. I have been here 3 times. Very good location as well. Breakfast is excellent as well.”

“Absolute Best Location in Salem. Everything about this B&B was great. Super friendly and beautiful place. Although we were told the place was full we didn’t hear a sound from others. It was a few minutes from the City witch mall and the pedestrian shopping. Also within the same distance to the trolley stop (which I highly recommend). If you’re looking for a great experience then stay here. ”

“Our stay with Joan exceeded our expectations, from the proximity to the seaglass beach across the street, to the lovely easy walk along the water to the large state beach…the charming eclectic decor… enjoying Joan’s stories about her curated collections and whimsical finds..the lavish breakfasts & treats…it was a breath of fresh sea air combined with the best conversation & food & the treasure hunt for sea glass that made for an unforgettable weekend!
