「Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.」

「When we arrived at the address listed on Expedia, there was no reception. When opened the app there was an information saying hotel would send check in instructions 24h prior check in time. Never received this. We called the hotel and the member of staff told us they could not send an email with instructions because we did not book directly with them, they tried to give instructions over the phone.
