"The hotel itself was good. There were just extra charges like a destination fee and parking. I felt like these were unnecessary because of a shuttle to Universal and it wasn’t private parking. "

"Roaches, lights didn’t work, big deposit I was unaware. Good points air was great water temp/pressure great, they accepted being a few minutes late as we were unaware of the 10 am checkout….?? Which is another bummer! The lace is really really old….. and repaired a lot…. You can tell ever place it’s been repaired….. "

"I stayed here for 9 days while my daughter was attending her cheerleading competition at ESPN. The stay was excellent I came back to a cleaned room everyday. The staff was very accommodating when we needed a late checkout because our flight was delayed going home. Will stay here again in the future. "

"We had an unexpected problem with a different hotel stay at a different location. In an emergency type situation I was able to get rooms extremely fast and my family of 13 checked in within 2 hours (this includes carrying luggage for that family up and down 6 flights of stairs) I can not say enough good things about how amazing the staff was at getting us taken care of. "Staff was friendly and although I traveled without kids there is plenty of fun activities for families at the hotel. Many shopping and dining options nearby. Hotel was pretty clean but the smell on our floor was horrible. Smelled of urine. Needless to say the rooms and amenities were clean"
