"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The first thing that stood out was how incredibly clean everything was from the rooms to the common areas, it was clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. The staff were truly amazing as well. Always friendly, helpful, and ready to go the extra mile to make the stay comfortable and welcoming. The location is another huge highlight. Perfectly situated with beautiful views of the city that made mornings and evenings especially memorable. While it’s true that the hotel hasn’t had the most recent modern updates, that actually adds to its charm. There’s a nostalgic, unique dated quality throughout the property that feels intentional and special rather than worn. For anyone who appreciates character, history, and a stay that feels different from the typical cookie-cutter hotel, this place is genuinely amazing!"

"Top floor pool was a neat experience, excellent hotel. "

"Located near Roger’s place. Close to many shops and restaurants. The pool and gym are small and more updated gym equipment needed. Our keys kept getting de magnetized so we had to always head to reception. I was shocked they don’t ask for ID to make sure you are who you say you are. Parking was $16/night if you are a rewards member. Breakfast was adequate. Hotel is going through Renos at the moment. "

"We tried to set up the pullout bed but found that the comforter had an unpleasant stain on it. When we requested a replacement, we were given a thin blanket instead, which left my daughter feeling quite cold the first night. We followed up at the front desk to ask again for a proper comforter, but were brought the same light blanket. When we clarified our request, we were told that this was the only option available. Additionally, my husband, daughter, and I were really looking forward to using the steam room, but it was out of order for the entirety of our stay, which was disappointing."
