「Actually this is not a hotel, just providing a bed room only. The air conditioning is not cool enough, maybe that’s only a Fan. The room only provides very basic equipment such as towels, hair dryer, and bed ONLY. Also even I set the room do not disturb, the staff still get into the room without noticing me.」

「Slippers, soap, laundry bag, toothbrush and paste... all not available.」

「I've stayed at the Campanile before, usually in charge of a school group, but this was my first time visiting on my own. The breakfast was great - plentiful with lots of choice between hot and cold options. I had no problem getting seated, although both mornings I got caught up behind very large groups! This isn't a complaint at all (usually it's me leading the groups of teenagers!), but it would be really helpful if groups could be directed to stand to one side while waiting to be seated...

「Amazing property and staff. Great backdrop from room. I highly suggest getting a main floor room!」

「The hotel and room looked like in good shape. Parking area was good. But the hot water supply for showering was not stable - this was the most annoying issue during my stay, given that the weather in April is usually cool / cold at France. I have changed the room, the issue was still happened. It seems that the water pressure might be generally not strong enough for all rooms. And due to thus key issue and other minor issues, I think the money paid was not deserved. 」

「We faced the river so it was nice! Room was tiny but breakfast was great and location wonderful.」
