Summary:
Ground floor 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment located in the popular Harbourside Park, just minutes' walk to Poole Quay.

The Space:
A lovely ground floor one bedroom apartment conveniently located just a few minutes walk to Poole Town and all its facilities. Part of a purpose built block of four situated on the ground floor. Situated on a development popular with holidaymakers and with the convenience of many activities just a short walking distance. The Quay, Poole Museum, Poole Pottery, Brownsea Island, local ferries, Poole Park, Poole High Street and shopping centre, numerous wonderful restaurants and bars - these are just some of the activities available in the immediate vicinity.

Open plan living / dining accommodation. Fully fitted kitchen. Hall. One bedroom (4ft 6in standard double). Bathroom (bath with shower over)

Parking - One allocated parking space in the development`s outside area and further (first come first served) visitors parking.

Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.

Technology – WIFI. 43 Inch Smart TV.

Kitchen - Electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine.

Restrictions - No smoking. No pets.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

HARBOURSIDE PARK - Just a stone's throw from the harbur's edge... Harbourside Park is a low-density development of town houses and apartments built approximately 25 years ago offering a great strategic location adjoining Baiter`s harbourside park, close to Poole Park with its scenic level walkways, and yet only 10 minute`s stroll into Old Poole and its historic Quayside.
