「Great staff」

「This time we stayed in the Cottage. It was a separate unit behind the main house. Easy to enter using the code I was emailed. The cottage was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a claw foot tub and a wraparound shower curtain. The room A/C was excellent. It was very comfortable all day and night. The ceiling fan was whisper quiet. The cottage included a kitchen area with a half-size refrigerator/freezer, counter top, cabinets, tableware, microwave, and a table....

「Super clean. Very friendly. New. Limited parking spaces for hotel that size. So you want to get in the lot not too long after dinner.」

「Our family was taking a cruise out of Galveston and this property is literally two blocks away from the cruise terminal so it was great to spend the previous night in old town Galveston very nice and then the next morning we just walked to our terminal for the cruise line, everyone was very helpful. Very nice. The rooms were great. The breakfast was incredible. Highly recommend recommended.」

「The room was clean but breakfast wasn’t the best and had limited options. The parking lot was under construction and was hard to find how to access the parking lot for the hotel. We were unaware of it beforehand, and had to navigate construction in the rain. Was told the hotel shuttle would take us to the cruise terminal, which they did, but was told it was a 2 mile drive, when it was closer to a .7 mile drive using the access roads between properties. 「The home was nice. Just a short walk to the pier, the trollies and the beach. Not much of a need to drive many places. We loved that part. It is very close to some bars. We had a bunch of kids and was concerned about that but no one bothered us and it wasn't noisy. The neighbors were friendly who lived around there. Very minor complaints and they were just inconveniences.」

「It was not even as nice as a Motel 6. Rooms were small. The beds were made up but they didn't change the sheets. Blood spots and semen rings. And they tried to drop off new sheets expecting me to change them. The outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach was broken. The pool was green. The only good about the hotel was it's location. Right across the street from the beach at a crosswalk.」
