We like it basically

The property is pretty good but there are 3 issues. 1: nobody told us there is one room on downstairs and is very hard to find out key box (no instructions in the message.) Key pad on downstairs is bad I cannot open the door of 5th room downstairs. The key pad on upstairs was not working as well either. So we only got 4 rooms so someone had to sleep on the sofa. 2: the given WiFi passcode doesn’t work. 3: cannot find out coffee. Basically we like this Airbnb but we don’t fell comfortable for the issues above so we would like to request 20% discount. Thank you!
