Wonderful house

Everything was perfect. We were not prepared to leave at checkout time but the hosts were understanding and did not charge us extra. Great location, perfect relaxing atmosphere. Pool was a nice touch. We will rent here again.

Another great stay

So happy to be back at Sunrise Villa. Stayed 2 years ago and equally as satisfied! Communication with local property manager regarding minor pool issue was promptly addressed and resolved in a timely manner. He then followed up to confirm there were no other problems. Beautiful house and property. Loved listening to birds sing, able to see a nest being built. Alligator was in pond several times, including 2 babies. Would be back next year if it wasn't already booked

Lanai living

Enjoyed our stay at Villa Sunrise. Every morning started with coffee on the lanai watching the wildlife. The resident alligator made an appearance most sunny afternoons. Loved the warm pool! Looking forward to next year’s visit!

Gator visits often

Lovely stay with a gator as a guest visitor often in the canal. Manager and wife are wonderful and will attend to your needs immediately. House is just as pictured.

Great spot and a very nice house

We really loved the house. The pool and lanai were perfect. Communication with everyone was very easy. I think the best compliment you can give is to be a return guest and we have already booked again for next year.

The home and it's amenities were exactly as listed. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the area is full of restaurants and great parks. My only issue was communication with the property owner. We accidentally left an item behind, and I tried several times to contact her about returning it, but she never got back to me.

Perfect Florida home away from home

Villa Sunrise was perfect for us. It was very clean and well equipped. The bedrooms are very spacious. We especially liked the lanai and pool area. The neighborhood is very quiet. We hope to be able to return.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Clean with minimal, tasteful decor. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Nice gas grill. Did replace empty propane tank and used grill almost every night, dining poolside. Enjoyed heated pool. Would already have booked again for next year, but dates taken.

Pros - spotlessly clean, well equipped, lovely warm pool, very quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, soft sheets, nice decor, photos are accurate, great spot to watch sun rise from back deck Cons - 20 minute drive to nearest beach, closets but no dressers in bedrooms, no luggage racks, only one bike, no propane for the grill

This house is amazing we will be renting again in the future the house is amazing and the neighborhood is quite the pool is warm and is very nice the beds are very comfortable this is the best place I have stayed and I have stayed at many wonderful homes on our vacations 20 stars

Nice house in good area. TV's were missing key stations, TV in bedroom doesn't work, keeps blacking out and internet drops a lot. Dishwasher didn't work our entire stay.

Family vaca

This place was very nice and spacious. We had a blast playing in the pool, and looking for the gator out back . The beach is not far from the house, but we found that if we drove a little further to the beach(Venice Beach) it was much bigger and nicer. The only issue with the place is there are no baking sheets or measuring cups or measuring spoons so I had to go buy my own.

We have rented multiple houses within the Rotonda over the last 10 years. This is one of the nicer homes - the three king size beds were a huge plus - very comfortable.

Beautiful location

The house was exactly as shown online. Beautiful inside and out. Quiet peaceful place to relax and not far from shopping or restaurants. We would definitely like to return!
