Peaceful vacation house

Beautiful home nestled in quiet neighborhood. House was just as listed, very clean and spacious. The door code did not work but one call to the rental company and we were in. About 25 minutes from S. Padre but definitely worth the drive!

Couldn't find the pool.

The place was clean. It obviously wasn’t lived in or was never lived in. It is a rental 100%. It's a cookie cutter rental, they're all the sam. No instructions were left. This was the second house that we stayed in while we were down there. The first house left me way more instructions.This one left me nothing. I called customer service. I texted, nobody responded back to me. 3 days later, I called again and customer service could still not tell me where the pool was. We found it on our own,with no help from the app or customer service and no help at all from the people that own this house. Nothing was left, no explanation of where anything was. This place did leave me extra toilet paper. Unlike the first house, but nothing else, we ran out of paper towel. We ran out of trash bags. We only had 2 trash bags given to us. We were there for 4 days, we had to go buy trash bags and paper towel.I didn't even bother talking to anybody about this because they couldn't tell me where the pool was.So why was I going to waste any more time. There was no salt and pepper. I mean, it was legitly like skin and bones basic needs. It would have been nice to have some kind of information. I didn't even know what to do when I left. There was no information to tell me to start laundry where to put anything nothing. The first house told me what to do. This house left me nothing. It's a fine location. I think it's better for the 4 people.

Great location

Great location. Excellent communication. They fixed a hot water issue right away. Unfortunately, there is a smell in the house. A dehumidifier should be run consistently. The fire alarm in the master bedroom went off in the middle of the night and had to be taken down in order to quit. The battery needs changing. House was as advertised.
