"The house was great, clean, well stocked (with the exception of dishwasher soap, could have used a bit more), so close to the beach and decorated well and with a beach vibe. My friends and husband celebrated my 50th birthday last weekend and we loved our trip so much! The hot tub wasn't working when we got there, but, was resolved the next day. Communication with the rental property was fast and easy. Def recommend this house and all it had to offer. Thank you!"

"Pros: great location, a couple blocks to the beach. The backyard is well landscaped, with a nice pool. Plenty of parking. It can sleep a lot of people - 17 comfortably- but there are only 3 rooms with closed-door privacy, if you're looking for that. There are two kitchens and an outside toilet, sink and shower. "Such a perfect home for a family (or two). We had plenty of room for 16 of us (7 adults and 9 kids) and didn’t lack for anything. The house was very clean, and we enjoyed every part of it. From the well equipped kitchen, to plenty of towels for all us, we didn’t need to purchase anything beyond a few extra garbage bags and toilet paper (which is expected with such a large group). "We had a great time at this property. It was well stocked and clean. Providing beach chairs and icepack and a cart to carry them.to the beach was unexpected and greaty appreciated. The heated pool worked without any issues. Overall very clean and a great property. Highly recommend it"

"We loved our stay at the Bougainvillea Beach House! The layout was great for the four of us and our dog and we loved having three bathrooms. The unit was nicely equipped and came stocked with beach chairs, coolers, wagons, etc. The owners were very welcoming and communicated well. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area."

"This house was perfect for our family spring break. Every family had their own bedroom, which was large enough to accommodate pack and plays and extra space. The kitchen had everything we needed. We used the grill daily, ate at the large dining room table, enjoyed coffee on the deck and the pool was fabulous! You don’t even need to pack your beach towels! Kary was always available for questions and willing to handle any problems. We have stayed at SPI and this is our favorite house so far!...

"It was overall a beautiful house, just had one room that lights wouldn’t turn on at all. It was 5 of us in one room and not a single light could turn on, which we needed ! Tried to contact property manager, didn’t reply. Other than that, this was a beautiful house."

"The house was perfect for our group of 10. 5 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of space to spread out and enough bathrooms! The location was also great, just a short walk to the beach! Instructions for garbage/recycling would be a nice touch to add since we were unsure if we needed to separate them. The nob was broken on the toaster but we could still use it so not an issue. Overall, we would recommend this place and if we ever travel back, we would definitely book again!"

"The property is well maintained, the room was just as the photos showed. All amenities were great to use, access to the beach was an ease! Only negatives, were that we had 2 cockroaches in the room during the stay and that they were doing construction on the building and remodeling adjacent rooms which was very frustrating to have to hear that constantly."

"Place was nice, fit everyone (group of 8). There was some water damage in the living room, we just put a bowel to catch the water and it stopped leaking after a few hours. Beach access was very close (1 minute). Whataburger, gas station and other restaurants and stores were also walking distance. Overall, place was in a good spot and spacious!"

"This property was great for a couple. Beware there is a hotel / bar directly behind. So if you plan on sleeping early, there may be some noise. Other than that - location was perfect! So much to walk to. The AC temporarily froze, but after leaving it off for a few hours it worked again."
