「The room was clean, the location was great, the front desk personnel was professional and courteous, the breakfast was fantastic. The gentleman that was the porter was wonderful, he helped us with the luggage when we arrived from the ferry and got our luggage up several staircases where the cab picked us up to take us to the airport. 「We stayed there for 5 nights. First of all, the location can not be better. It is literally right next to the most recognizable church in Positano. We were actually able to see our room from many pictures we took of Positano. Second, it comes with breakfast which is very helpful. We usually have a pretty hearty breakfast and spend the entire day exploring the surrounding and don’t have another meal until dinner. Third, Lorenzo who is the front desk helper is a god sender. 「The views from this hotel are absolutely incredible, and the heated pool is a great bonus! It’s located a bit outside Positano’s city center, but they do offer an hourly shuttle bus. Just a heads-up — the shuttle can fill up quickly, and if you miss it, you’ll need to wait for the next one. There’s also a private beach and a boat taxi to the Positano port, but both close in October, so keep that in mind when booking your stay. The gym doesn’t open until 9 a.m., which might be a little late if...

「Positano is not for the weak of walking, if you can't or have large issues with walking this is not the place for you unless you have a Sherpa. That being said, Villa Yiara is fantastic, this was an anniversary trip for us so yes, we splurged and paid for the suite. The staff is so helpful. They have a list of restaurants to try and one of them even has a driver that will pick you up and return you to your hotel at no charge,, but tip the driver please. 「This is the perfect location on the beach. Our room had a sea view and we loved watching the boats. The staff were amazing. They checked in everyday to see if we needed anything. Would stay here again in a heartbeat」
