Welcome to La Source. This contemporary chalet nestled in an estate in Owl's Head, Eastern Townships, overlooks majestic Lake Memphremagog. Here, nature reigns supreme, the peace and quiet is soothing, and each day is written between well-deserved relaxation and pleasure!

As soon as you walk through the door, the light hits you.

Wide open spaces, impressive cathedral ceilings, wood, stone, an ambiance that's both elegant and warm. It's spacious, inspiring, lively. And if the interior is impressive, the exterior is awe-inspiring.

Just a few minutes away, you'll have access to Lake Memphremagog's private beach via Owl's Head Marina - a true privilege on the shores of Lake Memphremagog!

It's the perfect place to unwind: sandy, peaceful.

When it comes to sports, chalet guests have free access to the estate's tennis courts, including one for Pickleball.

Access is on a first-come, first-served basis.
And then there's Owl's Head Golf Course, just a few minutes away.

This 18-hole course lives up to its surroundings: undulating, spectacular and perfectly integrated with nature. With breathtaking views of the lake and mountains, it offers an equally enjoyable experience for seasoned golfers and those who simply want to enjoy the surroundings. And after the game, the pavilion terrace is the perfect place to catch up on the game with a drink in hand.

Cyclists, meanwhile, will be spoilt for choice with the region's winding routes and trails, ideal for both road and mountain biking.

Two terraces, two atmospheres!

The chalet offers two large terraces that are well worth a visit. One overlooks the slopes and forest, perfect for quiet mornings, while the other opens onto the lake, the perfect spot for a sunset aperitif. And when evening falls, the four-season spa takes over, to end the day in style.

Comfort, space and conviviality? Absolutely!

La Source can comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests. There are five bedrooms, two with Queen-size beds and five double beds in the other rooms.

The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, but always carefully maintained.
There's also a large, bright living room with stone fireplace, a modern kitchen designed for tribal cooking, and a family room on the garden level, perfect for relaxing with a good movie or simply a log fire.

Two full bathrooms ensure comfort and tranquility for all guests.

The chalet is as practical as it is beautiful!

It includes a laundry area, ample storage for your gear, private parking, fast Wi-Fi, and all the bedding and towels you need. No need to think about everything: it's already taken care of.

The nearby village of Mansonville offers everything you need for everyday life: a good bakery, a local grocery store, a few charming shops. And if you're in the mood for a little more excitement, the town of Magog is just 25 minutes away, with its restaurants, terraces and lakeside summer atmosphere.

Whether you're dreaming of absolute peace and quiet, long swims, mountain hikes or lively evenings around a BBQ, La Source has it all.
