“Overall, it was good. However, the spa was anything but. Rather than relaxing, the pool was noisier than an Irish bar on St Patrick's day. With treatments, as they were not very good at all.”

“The management team is very friendly and helpful but security sense is not sufficient as the cleaning lady forgot to close the windows. If you do not request too high standard of room service, it would be a good choice.”

“Good sized room and bed. Very hot and stuffy on entry. Tried the air con control panel but it was switched off. (In a heatwave in june?) Turned on unit at the mains and room cooled until early hours of the morning when I heard water splashing on the carpet from the ac unit.- Noticeable amount of water pouring from unit-So turned it off again. Also found bathroom door wouldn't shut. Personally I prefer to use the bathroom in private and not have the door swing open to full view of the……

“The room is so tiny and feel like living in a prison, other than that hotel staffs are nice and friendly. Breakfast is surprising not bad. ”

“Disappointing. On arrival to the room, there was a distinct musty smell. Not pleasant and still present after opening the windows. No WiFi in the room. Breakfast was almost non existent. For a pub/hotel that promotes its food service and quality, a couple of boxes of cereal and a few miniature pastries was not what was expected or advised. A cooked choice would be expected (and was advertised)”

“In spite of the friendly and helpful staff, unfortunately the property need significant investment to thrive. Very dated, bathrooms need replacing, doors need replacing, windows are small. It looks as though bedding is washed domestically rather than commercially, leaving tired staines on bedding. If you are young and need a cheap place to stay then this will be totally fine. However, if you have learned to appreciate the nicer things in life, then spend more and enjoy a different hotel. We got……

“I am sorry to say that our stay was unexpectedly very bad. Even as we checked in the property was cold. There was NO HEATING and no HOT WATER. After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. It completely wrecked the evening which was the celebration of my wife's 70th Birthday. Our first night was a nightmare with no ability for us and our guests to have shower for two full days even……
