I am still working to get a security deposit charged twice credited back to my charge card. The price of the room was great for the area. The rooms were decent though I needed to clean a coffee pot given to me for the room by myself. The hotel is very dated. I will not stay there again.

Was not able to stay there due to accommodations. It’s a good thing though. The place smelt like dog urine and looked run down. Still waiting on my refund and it’s been 5 days.

Not sure if it was unfortunate timing, but their system was down so we couldn’t get our reserved room. There was nobody on site and no clue when they would be there to fix it. Had to get another hotel.

The room layout was good, practical. The kitchen had a basic stove, refrigerator, microwave etc. Unfortunately not a single pot, pan, fork, spoon, knife, plate, bowl etc.

Room was neat and clean. Grounds are in horrible shape. I have a small dog and grass has not been cut yet this year. Arrived a little after 5:00pm and even with a reservation they did not have a clean room available. Was not able to get into room until a hour later. I remember when this hotel was built about 20 years ago. They really have let it become very run down.

The only staff working at this establishment that knows what they’re doing or even cares is Naomi. Everybody else at the front desk is absolutely terrible. This facility does not provide toilet paper toiletries as soap nor do they give you fresh linens even during extended stays the kitchen is simply that two stove tops they don’t give you any pots pans, silverware plates, cups bowls, nothing so if you stay here, be prepared to bring everything you need including toilet paper

BE CAREFUL* BE SAFE* Go somewhere else! During my stay, several staff members reported that the new management company is not paying them and that there is no longer an on-site manager. Therefore, I did not receive any services (room cleaning or bed change). Many long-term guests worked behind the counter, helped new guests, and cleaned the rooms. The credit card and personal information of guests are not safeguarded because long-stay guests were going in and out of the staff office and helping the housekeeping staff with cleaning rooms.

Upon arrival there was no one at the desk, I waited for 15 minutes, had to call the hotel to get someone to come to the desk. The lobby smelled terrible, hotel is dated, breakfast area had only packaged muffins and snack bars. Coffee was empty , had to ask for coffee to be made. We were there just for an overnight, you get what you pay for!
