「I chose Makka Hotel because of it is just ~500m away from Tha Phae Gate where the Chiang Mai Marathon starts & ends (as well as where to pick up the runner's pack). The city is small, 30 min walking from Tha Phae Gate can go to most of the hot-spots inside the city. I had a pleasant 4D3N stay (Fri to Mon) in Makka; night markets, coffee shops & restaurants are everywhere.」
