“We were happy with our stay and have zero complaints. The staff were super responsive and helpful. They made sure we got checked in and offered suggestions for nearby food. The place was clean. It was small for 3 people but it worked. The location was so close to everything. I don’t think you could beat it if you want to be right in the middle of everything. That does mean there is noise. It didn’t bother us but there is definitely noise from outside.”

“Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Irène a été très accueillante, et ses explications étaient très claires. Le logement est plus que bien situé, il a été facile de se garer. Le logement était très bien aménagé, mention spéciale pour la salle de bain. La vue est réellement incroyable. La petite cuisine aménagée est très fonctionnelle si on veut éviter le restaurant. La collaboration avec le café pour le petit déjeuner le matin est très pratique. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir la cuisine et……

“This is a low-quality room rental. The building is dirty, and there is no daily housekeeping. Everything is automated, and the only point of contact is via WhatsApp—but they take an eternity to respond. In short, they don’t seem to care about your arrival or honoring their agreements. I was promised that I could drop off my luggage before check-in and that cleaning staff would be on-site to assist me; in the end, there was no one there, and I had to spend more money to store my bags elsewhere.……

“The property is about a 10 minute brisk walk from the Florence Train station (Firenze Santa Maria Novella), and 6 minutes from the local tourist bus station (Piazzale Montelungo). You have to carry your luggage up about 30 steps if you take the shorter route from the train station. There was a nice Halal restaurant 5 doors left on Via Del Romito. There is free "coffee" and water in the lobby. There was no host present but he was very responsive to messaging. The bed was comfortable. The shower……
