「It was a honeymoon trip. We spent 2 nights at Hotel Blake. Before our check-in, I texted them through the app about our late check-in, and the concierge was so responsive. I didn't ask for anything, but they treated us to a bottle of white wine and a box of chocolate, which was above my expectations! Beyond that, they upgraded us to a corner room.
