“ When I got to the hotel and they sent me up to the room the closet door would not move they were so heavy call downstairs they gave us another room but nobody came to clean the room they charge me an extra money to come in to check in early but by the time I checked in it with the regular time and I still got charged there was no Towers the breakfast was the best thing going for the money that we spent to stay there goes to worst day we ever had I would like a refund”

“Excellent hotel, our room was very clean and beautiful bathroom, the staff that we interacted with were all very friendly but the older gentleman that I assume was the manager was phenomenal! Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again when we come back to visit our relatives that live there. Job well done!”

“The staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. As of July 1st they no longer airport shuttle, Expedia listed that they did. When I inquired about a shuttle they apologized advising it no longer was offered. However, they didn’t just say I’m sorry, they took action with escalating to upper management and came up with options. Fantastic customer service- they truly cared and wanted to help. I will definitely stay again!!”

“Room was very clean. We were only there for 3 nights and 2 days, but on 2nd day, housekeeping came while we were there and changed out towels and trash for us. She was very nice. Ann, at the desk when we checked in after midnight, was sympathetic when we explained that the only car we were able to get was a huge (to us) 5-6 passenger van, and the Marriott parking garage is VERY tight. She got us an assigned spot for our stay that was much easier for entering and exiting the garage. All……

“This hotel was truly one of the best ones my family and I have stayed at. The staff are all friendly and helpful, from the front desk to even housekeeping. Breakfast staff were all great as well. The hotel was well maintained and kept very clean. Our room was clean and the kitchen was a good size. We made good use of the kitchen. It’s located by many stores like walmart, target, giant eagle, Sam’s club, a mall, and many great food stores as well. You will love staying here!”

“Didn’t realize breakfast was not included. Toilet broke. Handy man came and fixed it. Good pillows. Great location. Needs updated. All in all not bad. Depending on where I am going in the Pittsburgh area I may or may not stay at that hotel again.”

“I hate that the yo ya i have to be critical of the property because the staff was friendly and as helpful as possible. Rooms were not up to the expectations we had for the branding. Our group booked 5 rooms and none were exempt from outside noise from halls or rooms with common walls. Housekeeping was not done for 72 hrs including towels and garbage cans. When we asked for basic amenities, staff was quick to respond. We didn’t feel we were being unreasonable in our expectations for the price……
