"Everything was good, except for the elevator breaking down for almost the entire day. I recently had surgery on my ankle, we were on the eighth floor. The front desk was nice enough to offer a free bar drink while we waited."

"We were so pleased with our stay! We were there for 1 night and picked it due to the location. It was in a great location, easy to get to, free parking & restaurants nearby. Our room was clean & comfortable and the free breakfast with fresh ground coffee was wonderful! We will definitely stay at Holiday Inn again!"

"The room was pretty gross overall. Water gets all over the bathroom floor during a shower. The hotel has a musty smell like smoke is trapped in the carpeting. The breakfast was decent and probably the only resealing quality. You get what you pay for. "

"The owner should take out the treadmill as it is broke and the staff said it’s been like that for a very long time. There was a bucket catching water from the ceiling in the middle of the hall way and I get the impression that is how the owner “fixes” things. In a few years this hotel will likely be run down as it is clear the owner is not going to reinvest in this hotel. The room itself was a 7/10 in cleanness and was not a bad stay. I travel a lot and would likely not stay here again but if you want a decent hotel close to Pittsburgh it’s an ok to stay. It is in a safe area with all the stores and restaurants you’ll need. Just don’t plan on working out there. "

"We got the room in hopes there was a bathtub to soak in. There wasnt. Kinda the whole reason i wanted to celebrate our anniversary in a hotel room. When i booked it it stated there was a bathtub. There was just a shower. So that was very disappointing. Otherwise was a nice stay"
