「This is the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in. It feels like it's just been remodeled. Very clean, stylish, perfect. We each had our own bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. So convenient. The upstairs living room and rooftop patio were fantastic. I wish the weather had been better so we could sit outside. It's situated on a street with a lot of restaurants but it was surprisingly quiet at night. Great apartment. Looking forward to coming back!」

「My wife was in the Methodist hospital for a week so I needed an affordable place to stay. This rental unit was perfect. It smelled and appeared very clean and had all the amenities that anyone would need. There were plenty of towels. The unit was very quiet and I never heard any neighboring occupants. 「It was a total disaster getting in to the place especially after an 8 hour drive. The road was closed and under construction. Trying to find parking and the location of the building was a complete headache due to the road closure. With that being said The host was very helpful in helping us find the location and very responsive. Once we found parking we were able to enjoy our stay. The place is very cute, clean, and well stocked.」

I would only say 1 ick was when we tried to use the washer & dryer one of them was not working properly at the time and there was no detergent provided to wash the clothes but other than that everything else was perfect! 「We came to Philly for a volleyball tournament. This was the 2nd time renting here. It is walking distance to the venue. The Terminal market (I love) is with in walking distance. Tons of restaurants. A Trader Joe’s. Anything you need. We parked our car in the convenient parking lot and never moved it all weekend. Walking distance to history exhibits. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the area for something at the convention center. Cons. 3 flights of stairs to walk up. Not well...

「The property was better than expected. The owner allowed us to check in early. Parking is an issue but you’re downtown. We parked a few streets over. Super safe and adorable neighborhood. Uber anywhere is pretty quick and easy. If ever we come back to Philadelphia, I would definitely be booking this property again.」

「We really liked this place. It was extremely clean, updated, and decorated well. It is rather small but was sufficient for our one night stay. The location was good and easy to get downtown. Parking out front is only two hour parking 8 am-10 pm but there is free parking any time a block away. One word of caution, they require a deposit for incidentals that you must send via Cashapp or Venmo for them to send you the entry code.
