Harbour Rock is a 4BR/3.5BA villa that was recently fully renovated. Located overlooking fabulous Turtle Cove, Harbour Rock has it all... An enormous patio, infinity pool, complete privacy, with fresh amenities.

** Note we only allow bookings under 1 week when it fills a gap in the calendar. Normal minimum is 1 week. **

The Space:

Sitting high above Turtle Cove Marina, Harbour Rock enjoys cool ocean breezes and a beautiful view of the blue/green Caribbean. From Harbour Rock you can see The Bight, Grace Bay, Smith's Reef and Turtle Cove Marina.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. All bedrooms have queen size beds and in-room A/C units. The fourth bedroom suite is a basement walkout on the lower level with a separate entrance and outside stairs. Not recommended for disability access.

Relax and play in the beautiful infinity pool, or enjoy the other amenities such as a huge patio, pergola with grill and flat screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom.

- Sleeps 8 with 4 Queen beds.

- Wireless internet on the upper levels is included. A cell phone for incoming and local emergency calls only is provided. Guests are urged to make arrangements with their own provider as no other telephones are available at the villa.

- Hairdryer, iron, and ironing board onsite.

- Washer and dryer on site.

- Sonos WiFi music system for living room and pool. (control from your smartphone)

- Kitchen includes: microwave, toaster, coffee maker, oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, and grill.

Jeep(s):

We have 2 Jeep Wrangler 4-door Jeeps on the property. We will make every effort to make one(included) or both (additional fee applies) Jeeps available for your stay. They are washed and vacuumed between guests so they are clean and ready to go. However, this is the Caribbean and the environment is harsh and good mechanics are hard to find (and sometimes parts have to be shipped) so we can't guarantee availability. In the event that one Jeep isn't available, we will credit you $50/day to make other rental arrangements. If the second Jeep isn't available, we will refund any additional amounts agreed upon for use of the second Jeep.

Boat:

The optional boat pictured is a 22 foot Jones Brothers Bateau Lite Tackle Edition with a Yamaha 115 and T-top. It is equipped with VHF, Garmin GPS/Sonar, and JL Audio Bluetooth Stereo.

You MUST be a qualified boat owner with at least 10 years of saltwater experience to rent the boat. Boat is an additional $1,850/week, $230 at checkin fee to boat manager, and a $2,000 deposit will be required and released upon return of the boat in the condition you received it.

The boat will be provided with full fuel and checked out with you before and after your stay for proper operation and any damage. It will be stored in a wet slip at Turtle Cove marina during your stay just a 3-5 minute walk from the villa.

Beautiful Villa in T&C!

We had the most wonderful time staying at Harbor Rock Villa. The house and views are just as they are pictured and even more beautiful in person. Our family, especially kids, loved the pool and spent many hours a day enjoying it. Prior to our arrival Jon provided a thorough guide for our stay at the house, providing many suggestions of things to do and places to see while on the island. There were many restaurants within walking distance of the house and several more, as well as beautiful snorkel spots, a short drive away. We loved our time on the island and would definitely stay at harbor rock again! There are a few things that would have been helpful to know prior to arriving, so sharing them here for future renters. Being residents of the US, our car insurance didn’t cover us outside of the US and the house does not provide insurance options to use while driving their jeeps; we ended up opting to rent cars from the airport so that we were covered while driving. The driveway was steep and rocky, having a 4WD was helpful. Communication was spotty and slow leading up to our stay but once we did get a response, they were helpful. On-site property manager (Pamela) was wonderful and very helpful. The payments will show up on your credit card statement as Atlantic BT; our final payment was charged early, so being able to associate the merchant with our VRBO payment would have eliminated some stress. None of these things took away from our stay, it was still wonderful!

The Harbour Rock Villa Experience

We enjoyed our stay very much. We learned that using WhatsApp for phone calls was much easier. Great location and a plus that the Jeep was included. The slide/screen doors to the pool area are heavy and may be difficult to open as they get stuck on the track. Would we stay again? Absolutely!

Overall nice experience. I must tell you their is not central a/c ,only room units. If you want to cool the whole house you have to leave doors from bedrooms open to let the air flow. Therefore colder in bedrooms than living room and open space where everyone hangs out together. They start you out with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and paper towel in the kitchen after that you have to purchase yourself. The 4 bedroom was used but definitely had a musty odor! Like I said overall it was nice just a few things I would change!

Pro's the main floor of the villa and outdoor areas are just as they appear in the pictures. and the views are really outstanding. the location is quiet and yet easy to get to all shopping dining areas. con's the main con was noted in several other reviews. the fourth bedroom and third bathroom are in the lower level and they have an odor that is suffocating. not even mildewy but more like a very strong chemical smell. very difficult to spend more than a minute or two down there without gagging. It was clear that the property manager was aware of the issue and seemed surprised that we had hoped to use that space. Also, make sure to ask where the cistern measurement is as we only knew to ask because of a prior review. to be fair as soon as we notified the property manager, they resupplied immediately. i would stay here again but would be assuming we are getting a three bedroom villa

Fantastic views!!!

We stayed over Christmas and had a wonderful time. The house was big enough for all of us. Our favorite spot was the patio around the pool. We were so appreciative of the Jeep that came with the house. We explored the island. Fantastic views, weather and food!! We would absolutely stay here again on a return trip.

Pros and Cons

Pros: Deck and Pool were amazing. Booking was super easy. Pick up from airport was great and driver was so nice. Groundskeeper at house was a very nice man. House was clean and linens and towels were nice. and plentiful. Cons: Jeep was a disaster in very bad shape and we were told we would have two jeeps with the rental and when we arrived we were told one was in the shop but would be out in a few days. We were never contacted again in the two weeks regarding the other jeep so just kept a last minute rental car. The one jeep we did have over heated while my husband was having a medical emergency and we had to flag someone down who graciously gave us a ride and we then called and they picked it up from where we left it. Woman who met us to do orientation was outright rude and impatient and didn't tell us about the water gage which was really the most important thing since we ran out of water (which they filled up immediately when we figured it out), House provided one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one trash liner for the kitchen for a two week stay, ceiling fan in the kitchen does not work, kitchen needs some TLC as the blender doesn't work and the can opener does not work, plates and glasses are all chipped and the grill needs a new rack in it. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom are very humid and smell of the damp and humidity which I know happens in the islands but something needs to be done to get the smell out. The cell phone in the house we used to make three dinner reservations on and all the rest of the calls were to the property management company. When the phone said it was low on credit we told the property manager who told us when it is used up that is it. We've moved to a different property for the next three weeks on the island and are having a very. different experience.

Hidden gem

The pictures don’t do this place justice! Our group of six had plenty of room for a relaxing vacation. Early morning coffee and evening cocktails on the back patio overlooking Turtle Cove was priceless!

Great Location - Amazing Views

Harbour Rock is a nice house with amazing views. The pool is awesome, we spent a great deal of time in the outside space and pool. The Jeeps were a big plus. We had a party of 8 and we had plenty of room. Rachel was great during the booking process and she communicated well. Pamela on island did an amazing job and took very good care of us. We have visited several Caribbean islands and Turks and Caicos is one of our favorites. The island is easy to navigate. The food is amazing on the island. The beaches are spectacular; the best beaches we have visited in the Caribbean. Food… Coco Bistro, CocoVan, Shay Café, Kalooki’s, da Conch Shack, Mango Reef, Shark Bites Bar and Grill, Magnolia’s, Somewhere Café, Thursday Night Fish Fry. Beaches… Grace Bay Beach, Sapodilla Bay Beach, Bight Beach, Malcolm’s Road Beach, Long Bay Beach. We did a day pass at Club Med. The cost was $125 and included all food, drink and amenities at the resort. We really enjoyed the day pass and recommend. We must attend the Thursday Night Fish Fry. The island also has great snorkeling. Explore the island and enjoy the amazing beaches.

Amazing views and beautiful beaches

This is a beautiful house with amazing views. The Jeep provided was a must. We visited different beaches every day. Also bought a day pass for seven stars resort which was really great. We did call the house manager about the odor in the downstairs room and she sent a cleaning crew out immediately. It did help but I don’t know if I will plan on using that room for future visits. We wished the pool was heated but the kids didn’t care. We would def rent this house again. Beautiful house with a great location.

Perfect location, view and house for our group

Our group had been looking throughout the Caribbean for an island with great beaches and a house that had a great view and was within walking distance to beaches/restaurants. This place not only fit the description of what we needed, but the house itself is exactly like it is in the pictures. The view was great. We spent many hours on the patio hanging out, reading and swimming. The second you pulled up to the front door you could see the water right through the house and it is incredibly serene. While the house itself was quiet and removed from lots of neighbors, it was a short walk to get to lots of restaurants. We also ended up doing a boat trip day with Island vibes who was right down in the marina as well. The owner was easy to get ahold of and fixed the one minor issue we had quickly. Overall our group had an incredibly relaxing vacation that we will not forget!

The property was everything we expected. The house is absolutely wonderful. Beautiful views, spacious and clean accommodations and convenient access to everything. Having the jeep was essential for us as we love to explore. It is our first time in Turks and Caicos Island and we enjoyed exploring as many beaches and hotspots as we could. The house is equipped with everything needed including coolers for beach picnics, beach chairs, floats and plenty of towels. We had eight adults in our party and it was perfect. I would highly recommend this property for a group or family in need of four bedrooms. Dre was available every single time we needed him and gave us all the necessary tips and recommendations we needed. Highly Recommended!

We spent an amazing week at the villa with our best friends as we were all celebrating our 20th wedding anniversaries. Everything was just as we expected based on the description and pictures. There were only four of us, so we had more than enough space. The jeep could use a little routine maintenance, but was great to have. The pool area was a beautiful place for morning coffee (or cocktails) and evening cocktails. It was also a wonderful place for massages. We loved the location as it was close to everything, but we still felt secluded. Beautiful property, would definitely recommend to anyone!

Perfect Stay!

My family of 6 - 7 adults (it varied!) stayed at this beautiful home from Dec. 22nd until Dec. 29th. When we arrived we were thrilled to see that the pictures we had viewed on-line were truly reflective of the villa. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, the bathrooms are lovely (albeit the showers don't have much power, but that didn't matter much!), and the bedrooms and beds very comfortable. The outside deck and pool are wonderful - so perfect for our morning coffee, looking down at the world waking up, and seeing the boats heading out of the harbour! What surprised us the most was the quiet of the location, away from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay, but yet a quick drive to get there. And having the jeep was a fabulous perk! We thank Brad, and Dre (go-to guy) for their quick responses to any questions we had, and for providing for us the most lovely Christmas away from home!

What a wonderful week

We have had an awesome time here at Harbour Rock. There are 6 of us and we aren't ready to head home, so relaxing and peaceful. We went to several beaches, thanks to the Jeep we were provided with. We got to see all areas of the island. I can not name everything we did and saw, just had a fun week. This house has been very comfortable and roomy for all of us, didnt feel like we were on top of each other. The views are amazing from the house and the beaches. I would definitely recommend this house for families, groups or just a few people. Thank you again Brad and Dre. We will be back!

Photos are 100% accurate. great views, pool was wonderful, Dre was a huge help in so many ways. He is a good dude. House is clean, in great shape. As described, downstairs br was a bit "stale" but do not let that distract you from renting. Close To Turtle Cove with restaurants, easy to get around especially with jeep. Great snorkeling nearby, beaches are a drive, but not a huge deal if you are ok with varied activities. If you want to sit on beach all day and walk back to your home, this is not the house. If you like getting around and venturing the island, this is a great home. Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

We will be back!

The view is unreal from this house!!! The pictures do not lie!!!!! We had a fabulous time and will return to rent again. The house was comfortable, fit all 8 of us easily, and had awesome amenities. Sonos throughout, the jeep, air conditioning (a necessity), local cell phone, internet , and the infinity pool was perfection. Snorkeling was not far away. We walked some and drove too. Lots of restaurant choices close by. No chance you would regret renting this house!! Perfection ❤️

Outstanding

There's truth in the photo, the moment you walk in the house, you see the pool then the breathtaking view of the Ocean. The rooms are quite comfortable, exceptional kitchen. I would have been fine staying by the pool on one of the chaise lounges but the Turks and Caicos needed to be explored. Added plus about booking Harbor Rock was the access to the Sahara Jeep. In a word, Outstanding and I look forward to another stay at Harbor Rock.

The only reason not a 5 Star is it is not nearer the beach.

My family and I stayed for 7 wonderful nights 8 days and l admired this view every morning when we woke . We were provided a vehicle large enough for the 6 of us and utilized it often for shopping and getting to our excursions . The layout allows for plenty of sleeping privacy including a lower level private room and bath with it's own entrance .We could walk to 5 different good quality restaurants in the Marina Area with several smaller cafés there as well . You could easily arrange for any water activities .The walk is a little tricky due to the road type but was easy to handle .The home was clean and well looked out and the pool view was simply incredible especially with drink in hand floating on the pool raft .There was allot of cushioned lawn furniture for everyone to soak up the sun (Sunblock Needed).The owner you can tell takes pride in this home as we had an issue come up at the house which was dealt with as quickly as possible and we were more then satisfied with the services provided .The location of this property allowed us to easily access the Grocery Stores (Refreshments) and did let us shop at the 3 main stores ,which I suggest , as each offered better prices on certain items .IGA ,Payless and Smart Mart are the closest. If the opportunity ever came up for a group of us to return TCI I would not hesitate to return Harbor Rock 19 . The Collins Family Feb 2017

Relaxation in paradise

We had a great stay during our holiday vacations. We were two families sharing this beautiful house and we were really pleased with the villa. The views are absolutely amazing and the proximity of everything makes this villa a great choice. Without a doubt, the Jeep is a great bonus as well. Thanks to Dre, we knew what to do, with which company, where to eat and where to shop to have the most for our money. He was a great help. The only reason I have a four stars rather than a 5 is because we had little issues with hot water at our arrival and we had to clean the shower heads to have some kind of pressure in the showers. Also, it would have been great to have great knives in the kitchen for us foodies... the last point, if the pool have had a heating system, we would have gladly paid that extra money but that's me being picky!!!! Overall, a great stay. Thanks as well to Brad for my numerous questions...
