Sea La Vie - Beachside Studio Unit #3

Located in a secluded Beachside property, 500 ft from Long Bay Beach, and 5-minutes drive from Grace Bay Resorts and shops, this private Studio unit with it own private entry and patio, can accommodate up to 2 guests, with a queen size bed. It is located on the ground floor, roughly 15 yards from the pool. No pool view

A few minutes stroll through a beautiful sandy walk path, right next to the property, takes you straight to the beach, equipped with kayak and stand-up-paddle board. Portable beach chairs and shades are provided in a storage in the rear parking area.

There is a 4-bdr, a 2-bdr, three 1-bdr, and a Studio unit located on this gated property, that share the large common pool.

We highly recommend a rental car during your stay, from several car rental companies located at, or near the airport.

The final cost includes an added 27% fee applied to the nightly rate, consisting of 12% local hospitality tax, and a15% host fee.

Just a perfect vacation!

Great location to explore the entire island. But also a great location if want your own private beach. Was an added bonus to have beach chairs, rafts etc on property to use.

Awesome place!

We had the best time. The host is really there to help and make sure we have everything. The place is perfect for kiteboarding, would a 100% recommend.

Perfect!

Great location. Felt extremely safe being in a gated complex. I actually liked how everything was automated, so I did not have to send emails back and forth to the property owner or wait for responses. Only side notes are, the blow dryer in the room, takes forever to dry your hair, the blender did not blend anything, and the pillows were flat as a pancake!

Lovely

This property offers a quiet escape a block from the beach. The property was well maintained and loved having a grill to cook fish. The laundry room by the pool area made it easy to do laundry while hanging at the pool. Really enjoyed our stay. The only reason we gave a 4 ⭐️ was because the A/C made a noise otherwise it was great!! Must have a car!!

Great location but...

If you want a clean, updated property in a secure location, then this is a great fit. Especially if you are there for kitesurfing. We went for the location, as we did not want the large resort atmosphere. The only disappointing aspect were the lack beach amenities provided. There is not an awning and only two chairs (one was broken) so if you plan on hanging at the beach under shade, you will need to drive to a resort.

Excellent house and excellent host

Three night stay, easy, well set up check in process. Everything was excellent. The towels were so fluffy i need to know where the owner got them from… There was a minor issue with the lock, the maintenance guy who was on property called the owner and they had it fixed in minutes. Communication was excellent. The studio was clean and well maintained. The property felt very safe and we enjoyed the privacy and seclusion. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. (We liked the Graceway IGA for groceries.) The pool was nice with a great area to eat outside. The property was a fantastic deal! This is a wonderful way to see the island affordably! You beat this property or this host!

Small Studio Quiet Location

Overall the stay was fine. The studio apartment is very small and not much room for more than 2 people. The room faces the covered parking area and there is only one window for natural light along with the patio doors. The entrance and egress is a sliding patio door. We had some trouble with locking the door but the property manager was very responsive and fixed the issue right away. At one point there was a sewage smell in the studio, and the owner responded to our message promptly and the smell disappeared by the next day. There are beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler for the beach. The studio is within walking distance to Long Beach which was convenient. Also very close driving distance to Grace Bay and other popular locations. The area felt very safe, the neighborhood is very quiet with low traffic.

Wonderful Stay near Long Bay Hill Beach

Sea La Vie was a very pleasant stay for our first time in Turks. We were near the Long Bay hill beach just a walk away from a private area. Everything was smooth in checking in, things you needed, to checking out. I would def stay here again if I go back to Turks. Car rental is a must. Everything is close by near the location as well.

Wonderful stay

Me and my sister stayed here for my birthday trip and it was a beautiful stay! Very clean and affordable. Perfect size for the two of us! Our hot water went out and the owner immediately offered to move us to another unit. The communication was wonderful and we will be back to stay again!

Wonderful as always!

This is our third time staying at this property, and the amenities were just as good as previous visits. Majid was very kind and responsive to our queries. We used the provided beach chairs and umbrellas nearly every day. The property was very safe and quiet. Highly recommended!

Stay was ok

It appears that our experience with this appartment may not have been optimal. The ambiance resembles that of a garage, and the presence of a noisy refrigerator near the bed made it difficult to rest comfortably. Additionally, the terrace in front lacks an inviting atmosphere. There are also limited storage options for a wardrobe suitable for two individuals. On a positive note, the property is well-maintained, and the staff is quite friendly.

Great value & location!

Loved our stay at Sea La Vie! Easy access to a gorgeous beach, easy check-in/out process, beautiful and clean pool, and overall a lovely place to stay! Though you do likely need a car, it is not a far drive to all of the action is Grace Bay and we were very happy staying here!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The location and grounds are were perfect. It’s a short walk to the beach, a quick and easy drive to all the fun in Grace Bay and super peaceful and quiet at night! The pool area was lovely and we felt safe at all times. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I celebrated my 50th birthday here and had an amazing time! The studio was perfect for the 2 of us. We rented a small car which was much cheaper than depending on taxis to get to restaurants at night. There was an IGA grocery store on the short drive from the airport to SeaLa Vie so we stopped there for snacks, wine and breakfast food. The studio had our own grill and outdoor shower and was a few steps away from the pool area and laundry room. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided right outside of our studio and there was even a small cooler available for us to bring food and drinks to the beach. The walk to the beach was short. The path to the beach wasn’t too long and the beach was so private and beautiful! Most times we were there alone. Paddle boards and a kayak were available at the beach when we got there. We had the best time and loved our stay. Would definitely recommend this rental!
