「We enjoyed our stay here until the 2nd to last day of our 4-day reservation. The hotel had a power outage that impacted our ability to turn on water and flush the toilet. Power went out at 2am and at 10am we were told that they hoped it would be fixed by the next morning. We were allowed to check out early and refunded for 1 day, which we appreciated, however check out was at 11:00am and they refused to give us even an extra 30 minutes to pack up and leave.
