"We found the staff welcoming and friendly. The rooms were comfortable with everything one would need for a short stay. The breakfast buffet bar simply groaned with a huge range of cold food and drinks and there was a good menu for cooked alternatives. We were only able to fit in one evening meal and we went for the specials choosing fish for both starter (trout paté) and for mains – as we were near the sea, we decided on ‘catch of the day’ which turned out to be sea bass.
