“The room was clean and very comfortable. It is an old motel so it could use upgrades like flooring, but our room had a dehumidifier to take care of the closed up hotel room smell that you get in any hotel room. Nice comfortable bed with more than enough pillows. Hot water. We didn’t stay for breakfast because it doesn’t start until 8 am. We sat outside our room and just enjoyed the quiet. Hitched a ride to downtown for $1 so we didn’t have to worry about parking and then walked home. Good……

Todd was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and local information. The bed was comfortable. The shower was on the small side but fine. Good heat and water pressure. Don't skip the breakfast. The blueberry pancakes were amazing, as Michigan is known for their blueberries. Worth noting that there is no elevator. Fine for us, only 1……
