“The resort is fabulous,great pools,buffets,à la Carte’s were wonderful, room spacious and fridge stocked with beer,water and sodas daily. Beach was amazing with restaurants and bars, palm trees and lots of loungers. Pools warm,loungers and swim up bars. Thanks to the front desk and staff for assistance at check in. Fausto and Orestes were amazing as well all the resort staff thank you”

“Occidental Caribe resort over all was very good, but our butler, Juan Carlos is who made our vacation EXELLENT. Juan greeted us at check-in and assured us that he would take care of all our needs, Juan was true to his word! We were a family of 14 in 6 rooms, and Juan remembered each of us and our room numbers. Juan also greeted us with voice message every morning, made our reservations in restaurants, stopped by to visit pool-side, and even personally dropped a friut plate the night befor……
