We checked out just hours after checking in. The “Resort” was in an unsafe neighborhood with homeless man walking around with a machete. Do not stay here! It is NOT on “A private white sand beach” but many blocks from a public beach where you have to walk into a 200 yard tunnel with alcohol bottles everywhere. Room was filthy, towels and linens were dirty with blood stains. Dresser was broken, TV did not work, overhead light did not work, toilet had excrement on it, shower was filthy and broken and bugs smeared on bloody wall.

You completely misrepresented this property. It’s an absolute dump! All of the photos should be taken down and you should get someone there too view. There is no Wi-Fi, beach, cabanas, cleanliness, pool is filthy, and everyone was leaving as we were leaving. We couldn’t even spend the night. We want a full refund because we had to book another resort.

This place looks nothing like advertised in person. The front doors of the rooms were damaged as if someone was trying to break in. The handle on the back glass door was broken also. I didn't feel safe staying there . So i had to spend more money booking another hotel. I contacted Expedia about a refund but Expedia was unable to get in contact with the hotel. So i haven't received a refund yet.

El lugar está pobremente equipado y lo poco que tiene no funciona. No funcionan muchos de Los enchufes, el calentador (nunca encendió la lucecita que nos indicaron y nunca salió agua caliente), el microondas tampoco funcionó, la tele sólo podía encenderse y apagarse sin ninguna posibilidad de cambiar de canal. En fin. Una estancia pésima en cuanto a sus habitaciones. La alberca está bastante bien y se puede disfrutar mucho. La locación es buena.

DO NOT STAY HERE. not sure if I got a bad room or what but the lady at the front told me to look at the room first before I buy it. That alone was a red flag! I go to look at the room and the bed wasn’t even made. It had a smell and outdated furniture. The pictures lied. It also is impossible to find it’s hidden and tucked away and looks hella sketchy. I immediately told her the room was not to my standards then I booked another hotel and left.
