“The grounds were clean and spectacular, and the room was fantastic. We had a garden with a partial ocean view, which was very private. We loved the different pools, restaurants, great drinks, and excellent food. The staff were outstanding, the service was superb, (the bellman Arnulfo [blue eyes] was helpful and stepped up to help out with transportation). “Everything was wonderful during our stay. We were able to take our two dogs with us. Our room was on the second level and it had its own outdoor space. There was a third level we up to view the scenery around the hotel. We went swimming in the pool and sat in the sun in the loungers. The staff was very accommodating and invited us to a Christmas brunch along with the other guests. We will definitely be returning soon.”

“We loved this hotel. The customer service and food were amazing. We stayed for two nights but ended up adding one more night. Our personal butler, Rousse, was very attentive. Our room was very nice with an amazing view. The only downside was the plung pool. We weren’t able to enjoy it because the water was not very comfortable and was quite cold.”

“It was very clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. Everyone was friendly. Only a few minutes walk to beach or downtown area. Perfect location. Only complaint was hot water for shower didn't last long. You get about 3 minutes before it starts to cool. I would stay again.”

“Jamie at the beach, Elizabeth at the top bar, and Eduardo the beach and pool waiter were amazing. Thank you to our concierge, Sergio, for all his amazing help in making this a special time. Was worried about the kids now there, but most were good. I still worry about their safety in the infinity pool and all those stairs. ”
