“Nuestra estadía en el Hotel Dream fue excelente. Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento desde nuestra llegada hasta el último día. Las instalaciones estaban limpias, la habitación era muy cómoda y la comida estuvo deliciosa. La ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de las playas de Cancún. Sin duda, fue una experiencia maravillosa y esperamos regresar muy pronto. ¡Muchas gracias por hacer nuestras vacaciones tan especiales!”

“The only restaurant that has good food was the Chinese restaurant and the waiter Gerardo is amazing he is the best, also Francisco the butler he’s really helpful and has great customer service. The pool attendant Marco doesn’t like to help the non-member guests. He is rude and only pay attention to the members so he can receive tips from them, he didn’t let me get any chair and didn’t want to open the umbrella he even gave popsicles to the other guest and even bother to ask the non-member……

I asked the staff three times, and they made me wait in the room the whole time without solving the problem, wasting a whole day of my vacation. When I spoke to the manager, he was extremely rude and showed no remorse.”

“Las instalaciones no estan mal , esta todo limpio , el personal en algunas ocasiones no tiene el mejor trato pero es en ocasiones aislada fuera de eso todo ok , la playa no es la mejor de cancun , había algas pero los servicios de la playa muy buenos ,el hotel es bueno para familia aunque puede mejorar en algunas cosas , pero en general pase una buena estancia.”
