The beach is absolutely beautiful. The hotel is also beautiful. The food and drinks definitely not the best and service was very slow. We had a great time as a family, but I definitely expected better food quality, and better service.

Average resort. Food selection and drinks were horrible. Star Camp staff were super nice and the kids loved their activities. They upgraded our room for free which was nice.

The room was clean, staff were nice, the food was delicious, there were a lot of activies to enjoy. It had great pools. I just enjoyed my stay and I would stay again if I go to Cancun again.

The staff are nice and aren’t pushy. Great customer care. The room is nice but could be cleaner on the blinds, the outdoor section. The beach and sand quality is amazing. There aren’t any hotel next to it so it feel private and not crowded.

Staff was very nice! Other than them trying to sell me something every hour which was a bit annoying. Also caught some bad food poisoning from the buffet. Other than that our stay was okay

The pool floor desperately needs to be fixed. Food needs more vegetarian options. I think they have the wrong impression about vegetarian food. What they have is nothing.
