"The resort did not meet the standards I expected from a Wyndham property, and I left feeling highly disappointed and dissatisfied. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout my stay. There was no complimentary coffee available, and every time I asked for assistance, I was met with attitude or told the staff was too busy, despite the building appearing empty. Overall, the customer service was terrible, and the experience was very disappointing."

"While the resort itself is awesome with good and friendly staff, the state of the shower in our room was the worst I've ever seen. Mold in every single corner that could have at least been partially removed with a wipe. I was certain I would have been able to remove some of it with a swipe of a towel (which, I did not, because that's gross). For nearly $400 a night, this is unacceptable. It was also very difficult to locate areas where we could fill our water bottles, which is a necessity in the heat. I know people are coming mainly for the resort itself, but the quality of the stay could be significantly improved. "

"I equested an upper level room, upon check in I was told it would cost more and the elevator was not working. Ended up on 1st floor right across from restrooms which had 24hr access, which was very disruptive during night while trying to sleep. Also, the room above mine was Very loud, heavy walking/running from 12-1:45am. The Amenities consisted of 1/2 bottle of shampoo, towels smelling like food and marijuana, and an iron that leaked & did not work. I assumed that this was a newer hotel and would provide and pleasant stay..VERY disappointing! "
