Four Points Flex by Sheraton London Shoreditch East

"From greeting us immediately upon arrival, the various staff members have all been very accommodating and super helpful, polite and courteous. Perfect. Breakfast was delicious with a lovely choice, the chef lady was very attentive to her set up we noticed. Everything was excellent. Our room had a couple of small details which maintenance/ housekeeping could look at, the shower needs a little attention - loose on wall fittings along with worn attachments loosing water, however it did not affect our usage. The bathroom door was a little tricky to slide too. Bathroom floor could do with a steam clean as its safety flooring and holds soapy scum so looked a little dark in areas. The air con on night one wasn’t working so we had quite an uncomfortable first night, as windows do not open, the air in our room was dense & heavy- I did panic a little as I am asthmatic. We didn’t get much sleep that night. A team member tried several times to reset it but it was clearly not working well. We were asked to stay in that room overnight ( not ideal ) but it was promptly changed day 2 and was great. Location is great for Victoria Park and Bethnal Green Tube. Opposite is the V&A museum, lovely bars & food to rear. Overall a lovely stay, I would recommend this hotel and will stay again. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us, great assets to the hotel."

"Our room was not ready until 6:00 p.m. After a 9-hour flight, we were exhausted, and my little girl even fell asleep on the couch in the lobby while we waited. We were told the delay was due to the room being under construction, but I did not see any construction near the area where the room was located was in front at the entrance. The room also did not have an air-conditioning system, making it extremely hot and uncomfortable. We had to request a fan just to make the room bearable. Despite these issues, the hotel is in a great location with convenient access to public transportation."

"The hotel is stunning with really interesting original items from the building scattered throughout. However, if you are booking this hotel it’s important to note that they do not offer early check in unless you are willing to pay £25 for every hour early you are. The room was beautiful. Location was fantastic for any events at Victoria Park."

"All the bedding is feather and down filled. Very luxurious it may be, but my wife suffers from allergies to these things. We didn’t realise until almost midnight but a call to reception and within the next 5 minutes everything was replaced with hypo allergenic products. I really can’t fault the housekeeping team at all. Great servic"
